- Owned product requirements for a perpetual futures trading engine deployed across 6 licensed Indonesian exchanges, covering balance management, risk controls, and post-trade flows.
- Initiate an optimization initiative across the derivatives product contracts, streamlining 178 contracts down to 40 and driving ~$71,000/month in cost efficiencies while maintaining trading volume.
- Built the trade surveillance function from 0 to 1. Defined SOPs, designed surveillance algorithms, and shipped monitoring dashboards to support compliance operations for a regulated market.
- Identified gaps in order book depth and uptime, built alert-based monitoring for the liquidity team to achieve ~99% market-making SLA compliance for the first time.
- Designed balance reconciliation logic between the trading engine and custody infrastructure, ensuring client funds stayed accurate and consistent across trading, settlement, and custodial systems.
