Converted from intern to associate. Managed internal data flows across perpetual futures operations, building safeguards for fee accuracy, implementing mismatch alerting, and automating financial reporting workflows for the finance team.
Led the initial onboarding of the trade surveillance function for perpetual futures, establishing SOPs, developing surveillance algorithms, and building monitoring dashboards to support oversight.
Identified gaps in order book depth and uptime, built alert-based monitoring for the liquidity team to achieve ~99% market-making SLA compliance for the first time.
Designed and shipped isolated margin and dynamic leverage controls as core risk management features for high-leverage perpetual futures trading.
